RatBag is a comedy duo dedicated to creating riotously fun, joy-fuelled theatre that blends sketch, clown, drag, and character comedy into bold, narrative-driven worlds. Formed by performers MoRo and El, directed by Adrian Greensmith and produced by George Kempson, the company works together to build a surreal but familiar universe powered by childlike wonder, playful chaos.

Their debut show, Ratmageddon, began at Soho Theatre’s Character Comedy Lab where MoRo and El met and has continued to evolve through performances gigs in and around London and Work-In-Progress shows at The Pleasance, The Rosemary Branch Theatre, Playhouse East, and the Edinburgh Free Fringe. RatBag’s work is known for its physicality, fast-paced character shifts, and the inviting, anarchic atmosphere that encourages audiences to join in and revel in the silliness.

This year these geezers are headed up to Edinburgh Fringe, produced by BIGHEAD comedy ready to make their mark on the largest comedy festival plant earth has to offer.
