Molly-Rose attended The BRIT School studying acting before going to The University of East Anglia to do Scriptwriting and Performance. After graduating with a First Class Degree, she went on to train at Drama Centre London, graduating in 2021 with a Distinction. 

Her recent theatrical credits include: GRAVE MISTAKE (Hope Theatre), 1984 (Hackney Town Hall), PHOENIX, DODO, BUTTERFLY (UK Regional Tour), IT’S ALL TRUE (Shaftesbury Theatre), MY FIRST TIME WAS IN A CAR PARK (Brighton Fringe), Love Me A Lot (The Yard Hub), HAMLET (Young Vic), 00 (Pleasance Theatre), ACTION AT A DISTANCE, (New Diorama).

She has also worked on multiple award-winning short films including: The Roast, Poppet, My First Time Was In A Car Park, Annie Shared Her Location.

Molly-Rose has also featured as a voice over artist and has acted in several commercials.
